LiqMap Pro is a paid plan that unlocks API access. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which issues your receipts.
If you are not satisfied with LiqMap Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. Email lqtmapofficial@gmail.com and we will process it promptly.
You can cancel your Pro plan at any time from your account page. After cancelling, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Beyond the 30-day money-back window, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK statutory cancellation rights).
If you have a billing issue or complaint, email lqtmapofficial@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days.
